Frankie Joe was born August 20, 1938 and passed away Nov. 3, 1997 in Littleton, Colorado at the age of 59 yrs. His parents were Frank and Eva Mae King. He was preceded in death by his father. On August 28, (unknown yr.) he was united in marriage to Beverly J. Roberts at Oakwood, Oklahoma . He was employed as a Missile Mechanic for Lockheed Martin and served in the US Army Reserve. Survivors include his wife, Beverly of the home in Littleton, Colorado. They had two children: Steve W. King of Elizabeth, CO, and his daughter Donna S. Wiessner of Las Vegas, Nevada. Also his mother Eva Mae Hoffman of Weatherford, OK, and his sister Yvonne King McGreevey, of Ellenwood, KS.
His accomplishments in school: all 12 yrs. in Hydro; FFA 4 yrs., Land Judging Team 2 yrs., Livestock Judging 2 yrs., Speech Class Play, Parliamentary Procedure 1 yr., Outside activities: member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, Favorities: Sport: swimming, Pastime Hunting, Song, "Long Tom Sally", Movie, 7 Brides for 7 Brothers, Pet Peeve: Homework, greatest asset, graduating from HHS; worst failing : Bookeeping ; Ambition: to be a success; Next Yr: Southwestern State College.
