Jackie was killed in an accident on his farm with a farm vehicle on January 6, 2022 in Hydro, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years. Jackie was born in Weatherford, Oklahoma on April 12, 1938 during the blizzard of 1938 to parents Amos and Frieda Miller. He married Merrietta Cook April 14, 1962 in the Hydro Nazarene Church where her father was the Pastor. They were married for 59 years. They had two children : Jerald Wayne Miller born 1963 and Janelle Lavon born in 1966.
