1. defend, hold harmless, and to indemnify Buffalo RiverWorks, LLC, its directors, members, officers, agents, servants, licensees, and/or employees against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and legal expenses, whatsoever arising from client’s use of the Buffalo RiverWorks, LLC facility, or the conduct of or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted or suffered by client, its agents, servants, licensees, guests, visitors, and/or employees in or about the facility;
2. pay on behalf of and indemnify Buffalo RiverWorks, LLC against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and legal expenses, whatsoever arising from any breach or default in the performance of any obligation to be performed by client under the terms of this agreement or arising from any act, neglect, fault, or omission of client or its agents, servants, licensees, guests, visitors, or employees; and
3. remain liable for any damage to Buffalo RiverWorks, LLC’s property by client, its agents, servants, licensees, guests, visitors, and/or employees, and client agrees to indemnify Buffalo RiverWorks, LLC for any such damage and to pay all reasonable attorney fees and and legal expenses incurred by Buffalo RiverWorks, LLC in pursuing such damages.

THINGS TO DO:
Buffalo Riverworks Options
• Zip line tour - 4 zip lines and one Indiana Jones style rope bridge starting at 110’ in the air.
• Climbing walls - 3 different levels of difficulty with 6 routes in total right on the side of an old grain silo
• Water sport rentals - Kayaks, SUP’s and Hydro bikes for rent
• Ropes Course - Basically a jungle gym up in the air. Two different courses, one at 12’ above our mezzanine and the other at 25’ above the mezzanine. Each course will consist of about 12 obstacles or “games” that participants have to figure out and make it through.
