About	Mark A. Notar was a native of Buffalo, NY. Mark passed away at home surrounded by his family. His is survived by his wife Precious Sherry-Notar (‘89), children Maxwell and Alexandria, his brother Michael and sister Linda. He is preceded in death by his parents: Melvin and Margert Notar. Mark was a graduate of Hutch Tech High School in Buffalo, NY. Mark served his country honorably and was a U.S. Army Gulf War veteran, having served in Germany and Saudi Arabia. After completing his military service, he went on to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree from the University at Buffalo and a Master’s Degree from Troy State University. He spent 20 years working for the U.S. Department of Defense in Virginia as a civilian employee. Mark is also a published author of the book: The Eternal Essence of the Divine Mind.
