About Me	I can usually tell what phase in my life I know someone from by the name they call me! My birth name is Karen Denise Faulkner. Then in late high school friends started calling me Dee Dee. I will not even start on the changes in my last name! haha! I was born I Chateauroux France, but was only there till I was almost one. Daddy was in the USAF, SAC. We moved to Elglin AF Base in Fort Walton FL. We lived there till I was almost 5 and we moved to Texas. My Daddy learned the bar b que business from my Mommas family in Kilgore TX. We moved to Henderson TX I went to 1 & 2nd grade there and Daddy had his first Haley's Bar B Que there. The summer before 3rd grade my parents bought the property in Huntsville where the old Haley's Bar B Que was for years! So from 3rd grade untill 1988 Huntsville was home!! I moved away in 1988 and really thought that I would never live there again!! I lived in Houston, and in Dallas, in Gladewater Texas, San Antonio, and Longview Texas.
