William E Halley - Class of 1947
William E. Halley passed away July 13, 2011 in Batavia, Ohio. His services and burial were held in Huntington, WV. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Betty Halley; daughter Kathy Halley Rice ('69) and husband Richard of Batavia; grandson, Dr. Chris Rice and wife, Carolyn of Pittsburgh; granddaughter, Emily Crawford and husband, Chuck of Batavia; and great-granddaughter, Mya Crawford of Batavia. He was a true Highlander!
