About Me	As each year passes, I thank God for good health, a wonderful son, a good family and wonderful, kind and caring friends. I take good care of myself and believe in working out. I used to work out four times a week but due to a car accident baqck in February of 2008, that has been put on hold. However, I make my debut back to the gym later this month and I am very excited.
