Bill was an officer of the Houston Police Dept for 28 yrs before retiring. He had the honor of singing lead for 7 years with the HPD Gospel Quartet know as the "Peacemakers" and was employed by the Texas Children's Hospital for 14 years, and Forest Country Club for 10 years. He was also a member of Calvary Christian Fellowship.
