Andrea C. Owen, 48, of Richmond, died February 18, 2003 after a long battle with Huntington's Disease. She is survived by her son, Justin W. Owen; her mother, Dillie T. McGarry; her brothers, Michael L. Connally and Edward J. McGarry III; her sisters, Julie M. Holswade and Elizabeth M. Trop; her aunt, Shirley Phillips. Her remains rest at the Bliley Funeral Home's Staples Mill Chapel, 8510 Staples Mill Road, where the family will receive friends Thursday (today) from 4 to 7 p.m., and where services will be held Friday 12:30 p.m. Interment Riverview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
