About	THOMAS FRANCIS CHIMENTI May 30, 1950 ˜ January 11, 2023 Thomas Francis Chimenti, 72, of Woodland, WA, passed away in Vancouver, WA, on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, from a heart attack. Tom was born in Portland, OR, on May 30, 1950, to Alex and Lillian Chimenti. He was raised in Vancouver, WA. He was a truck driver for 35+ years. He served in Vietnam from 1970 to 1972 in the 101st Airborne’s “Screaming Eagles”. He left behind a loving wife Julie, of 32 years; daughter, Amy Chimenti (The Netherlands); sons, Alan Chimenti (Woodland, WA), Josh Boot (Woodland, WA), and Willie Boot (Corning, CA); and three grandchildren. One brother, Frank Chimenti (wife Annette); two sisters, Arlana Bishop, and Lisa Taylor; several nieces and nephews; and an uncle, Tony Trotti. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Daniel Bishop; nephew, Jesse Taylor; and niece Toni Chimenti. Tom was an HO Scale Model Train enthusiast. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and trips to the casino.
