About	Thomas DeGagne (1/7/1949 – 11/12/1995) Thomas "Toby" David DeGagne, 46, died at home Sunday, Nov. 12, 1995, of a heart attack. He had worked as an emergency response technician who handled hazardous waste material for Riedel Environmental Services Inc. in Portland. Mr. DeGagne was born Jan. 7, 1949, in Vancouver. He had lived in Vancouver all his life. He enjoyed softball, golf, gardening and caring for his pet wolf, Dusty. Survivors include his wife, Carol, at home; five sons, Steve, Michael, Jesse, Blair and Cody, all at home; three brothers, Daniel, James and Richard, all of Vancouver; and one sister, Deborah Jenkins of Vancouver.
