FRIDAY, JUNE 27th: Kick off the reunion weekend with drinks at Rum River in New Port Richey at 6 PM.

SATURDAY, JUNE 28th: Dinner reception at Bahama Breeze in the Bay View Room (private room inside, straight back, and up ramp), starting at 6 PM. Casual attire, adults only. Bahama Breeze has live musical entertainment every Saturday night so we plan to go out on the deck after dinner and enjoy the view and music with some cocktails.

COST AND PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Reunion fees will cover all reunion festivities on Saturday evening, primarily:
• Caribbean buffet consisting of delicious heavy hors d’ oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, tea, and coffee. The buffet will include Beef Empanadas, Firecracker Shrimp, Warm Spinach Dip and Chips, Jamaican Chicken Wings, Chicken Sliders, Coconut Shrimp, Chicken Quesadillas, Hummus, and Crispy Onion Rings.
• Dessert (cake)
• Tax and gratuity
• Photographer
* PLEASE NOTE: The deadline to submit check payment of $40 per person is April 30th. Any check payments received after April 30th will be increased to $45 per person. The final deadline is May 30th.- To avoid organization fees, a personal bank account was set up by Janelle (Maharaj) Livingston and Janet (Overbaugh) Blossfield specifically for reunion funding. The planners made the initial deposits to this account to get things going. Your checks should be made payable to either Janelle Livingston or Janet Blossfield and then mailed to Hudson High School.
- In the memo line of your check, please write “HHS 1994 Reunion”
- Please also include a note with the name of each guest and your phone number, mailing address, and email address (so we can send you a confirmation message once payment is received).

If you would rather send your money electronically instead of by snail mail, that is an option. You can either send a FB private message to Janelle (Maharaj) Livingston or Janet (Overbaugh) Blossfield and they will send you the bank account info to set that up. ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Tickets on this website (alumniclass.com) cost $40 + $3.95 per ticket processing fee. The deadline to purchase tickets online is May 28th.
LODGING: For those who would like to stay overnight on Saturday, we have a group room block, only for that evening, set up at Chase Suites Hotel right next door to Bahama Breeze, so it is a beautiful waterfront property as well. It is very nice and convenient - it literally took us 1 minute to walk over to Chase after we left Bahama Breeze. A fence separates the two properties and there's a gate you can go through. They have 5 different suite types to choose from and all accommodations have kitchenettes and living room areas. The suites have plenty of room, so it would work well for anyone who wants to double up and split the hotel bill with another friend or couple. Some of the hotel’s amenities are: swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, complimentary shuttle that takes you anywhere within a 5 mi radius, including the malls - International Plaza and Westshore Plaza, and discounts on water sport rentals. Check-in is at 3 PM so everyone has time to hang out early or get ready there, relax, or enjoy some of the amenities before heading over to Bahama Breeze. They have a complimentary full breakfast in the morning from 7:30 AM – 10 AM. Check-out on Sunday is 11 AM.

When you call to make your June 28th reservation, please tell them you’re part of the “Hudson High School Reunion” to make sure you get our discount. The hotel gave us the cutoff date of May 28th, so that's the last day you can make a reservation and receive our group pricing.
