About	HOWLAND – Christian Tod Ward Neff, 51, died Tuesday, July 8, 2014. He was born Jan. 28, 1963, in Youngstown. He was the beloved son of Gary L. and Virginia L. Ward Neff. Chris was a 1981 graduate of Howland High School. He was the co-owner of Neff Rentals and Neff Painting until his retirement in 2006. He was a co-founder of the Trumbull County Landlords Association. Chris was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed boating, golfing, watching sports, especially the Browns and traveling. He was a lifelong member of the First United Church of Christ, Warren. He is survived by his mother, Virginia Neff of Saint James City, Fla.; wife, Lisa Neff of Austintown; daughter, Jennifer (David) Brooks of Austintown; granddaughter, Diana Brooks; sister, Becki (David) Brown of Marietta; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and a very special Aunt Olive “Teet” Baker of Tustin, Calif. Preceding him in death was his father, Gary L. Neff, who passed away in 2009. Friends and family are invited to celebrate his life 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday at McFarland and Son Funeral Home in Warren. A service will begin at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Karen Binford of First United Church of Christ officiating. A private graveside service will take place at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
