ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Rebecca "Becky" Whisler-Lopez, 52, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at her residence from an extended illness.
She was born July 2, 1961, in Cleveland, the daughter of Cliff Whisler and Muriel MacKay.
She was a graduate of Howland High School.
Becky was an office manager at Amber Care.
She is survived by her parents; her son, Denny Adkins of Cleveland; a brother, David (Alysa) Whisler of Warren; a sister, Debrorah (Michael) Held of Columbia, S.C.; nephew, David-Brian Whisler; two nieces, Shannon Barch and Alivia Whisler; her partner, Stan Nichols of Albuquerque, N.M.; and her special friend, Cara Mitchell of Alaska.
She was preceded in death by her aunt, Natalie Kumel.
