This is not meant to be a BooHoo nor inspiring. It just is my experience. My genetics are mostly my St Pierre family side.We have had many heart related deaths on that side.My cousin Mario died at 16 for example and another cousin at 1 year old.I had my first heart attack at the age of 42.In my 20’s I worked on the docks and lifted weights etc..One day in Colorado at our home I was struggling with a tiller and picked it up.It weighed alot and I felt a twinge and tightness. My daughter was 7 at the time and we were supposed to go see Spiderman.I ended up in the hospital. The following year I had a triple bypass after another heart attack.Over the following 15 years I had 6 more.Half due to heavy lifting etc...In 2015 I could not walk half a block without feeling like dropping. They installed a pacemaker defrib.Since then I am able to walk fine and do not lose my breath.Of course age gives me all the regular aches and pains but doing ok with meds etc..
That’s my health story.
That’s my health story.
