Howard Elson Eaton, age 63 of Taneytown, died Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster. Born July 31, 1952 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Delbert Guy Eaton, Sr., and the late Muriel Todd Eaton.
He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family.
Surviving are sisters and brother-in-law, Linda Baier of Taneytown and Sandy and Scott Dennison of Pasadena, brother David N. Eaton of Elkridge, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother Delbert Eaton, Jr., and by his sister Marlene German.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville. Interment was held in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville.
The family received friends at the funeral home on Friday from 9am until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carroll Hospice Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave.,Westminster, MD 21157 or to the Infusion Center at Northwest Hospital Center in Randallstown.
