Frank William Lusher
June 22, 1952 — November 5, 2014
Frank William Lusher, age 62, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on November 5, 2014 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Alleghany, PA, he is the son of Martha Louise Junn Trepanier and the late Francis Roberts Lusher. He loved working on computers and helping people. He was a friend to everyone and like to make sure everyone was taken care of. He also was a member of the cancer support group called Circle of Friends.
Mr. Lusher is survived by his wife of 23 years, Roxanne Elaine Butler Lusher; son, Richard E. Barwick of Edgewood; daughter, Cynthia A. Blizzard and husband, Troy, of Abingdon; brothers, Gene Lusher of MD and John Lusher of SC; and grandchildren, Roxanne E. and Daniel Blizzard of Abingdon.
