Joseph Walter Fleming, 84, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on March 12, 2026.



Joe is survived by his wife, Dorothy Fleming, sons Michael (Heather) and Darren (Rebecca), four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.



Joe was born in Baltimore, Maryland, to Walter and Dorothea Fleming on May 2, 1941. He went to Howard High School and took various professional training programs during his career. He served in the Maryland National Guard for six years and worked as a Production Mechanic at Mrs. Filbert’s for 40 years. He enjoyed working in the garden, watching football (Go Ravens!), building/fixing things, eating crabs, and drinking good beer. He also couldn’t resist using the special family handshake.
