My older brother, David Anthony Garriss Howard High Class of 1961, passed away 22 December 2025. For the past 3+ years he has lived with my sister (Laura) and her husband (Russell) near Frederick MD.

David Anthony Garriss, 82, of Keymar, Maryland, passed away on December 22, 2025.

He was predeceased by his father, James D. Garriss, and his mother, Carrie Garriss. David is survived by his wife, Ilse Garriss; his sister, Laura Garriss (Russell); his brothers, Christopher Garriss and Mathew Garriss (Nicole); and his cherished nieces and nephew, Jaime Fisher (Charles) Genevieve Garriss (Roland), Julie Garriss (Vincent), Jacquiline Garriss (Nicolas), and Thomas Garriss.
