Born Nov 26, 1944, Homer Elkins Warner attended Howard High School in Ellicott City, MD.

Class of 1962
Nov 26, 1944 - Feb 08, 2024
Mr. Homer Elkins Warner, 79, of Falls Church, VA, passed away February 8 after a year-long illness. The son of Hubert and Margaret Warner, he spent most of his youth in Elkridge, MD. After graduating from Howard High School, he proudly served his country as an airman at Loring AFB despite a lack of fondness for the Winter in Northern Maine. After his military commitment, his lifelong interest in aviation took him to United Airlines where he worked over 36 years as a customer service agent at BWI and Dulles Airports. For the last several years at Dulles, he was the Group Coordinator, in charge of organizing ticketing and bag check services for busloads of travelers at a time. For over 10 years he worked for an educational tour company ensuring that school groups from across the country had worry-free visits to the Nation's Capital. In his free time and retirement, he enjoyed taking cruises in the Caribbean, air shows and dining at seafood buffets.

Homer is survived by his son Brad of Alexandria, his partner Samira Cherif in Falls Church, and sister R. Maureen Myers and brother Laurance Warner.
