Beloved husband of Rhonda Neubauer, loving father of Rachel Meredith Neubauer, and Roger Michael Neubauer, Jr., Brother of Joseph Patrick Neubauer, Jr., William Joseph Neubauer, Patrick Jerome Neubauer, Clifford Lee Neubauer, Dorothy May Neubauer, Lawrence Neubauer, Loretta Agnes Feeheley and a host of family and friends.
Family and friends called at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park Inc., 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD on Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church, 5976 Old Washington Rd. on Thursday at 10 A.M. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Howard County Police Foundation, Edward Wessell Fund, 3410 Courthouse Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21043.
