About	Gloria Fleischmann, 66, of Eldersburg, died Friday, June 20, 2008, at the Northwest Hospital Center. Born Oct. 23, 1941, in Dayton, she was the daughter of the late George E. and Dorothy Igelhart Phelps. She was the wife of Richard J. Fleischmann of Eldersburg. Gloria had been a homemaker for most of her life. Surviving in addition to her husband are daughter, Melanie Fleischmann of Eldersburg; daughter and son-in-law, Joanna and Rodney Sams of Martinsburg, W.Va.; brother and sister-in-law, Calvin and Virginia Phelps of Mount Airy; and grandchildren Riley and Dean Sams; she is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by daughter, Jennifer Fleischmann and sisters, Lucille Grimes and Janet Deller.
Events	A funeral service was held at 11a.m. Tuesday, at the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Rd., Sykesville. Interment followed in Mount View Cemetery, Marriottsville. The family received friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
