Frazier; grandfather of Benny, Brandi, Kelly, Steele, Faith and the late Katie. He is also predeceased by his first wife Claudia; stepson of Asa Foster; brother of Marlene Brown, Robert Foster, Stephen Foster, Ernie Foster, Theresa Johnson, David Foster, Diana Hammer and Jeffrey Foster.

Friends called at GARY L. KAUFMAN FUNERAL HOME at MEADOWRIDGE PARK, INC., 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge (exit 6 off route 100), on Saturday, May 10 from 2 to 9 and Sunday from 4 to 9, where services were held in the Vermillion Chapel, on Monday at 11:30 A.M. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Howard County Hospice, 2 Knoll North, Columbia, MD 21045.
