About	Frankie Marie Pardoe, age 79, of Woodbine, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Howard County General Hospital. Born April 27, 1938 in Ellicott City, MD she was the daughter of the late Alfred L. and Annie L. Sloan Allen. She was the wife of C. Thompson Pardoe. Frankie had worked as a secretary for many years with Kaiser Aluminum and Kaiser Industries. She had also served as a teachers aid in the Howard County Public School System. Frankie was a professional artist known for her oil paintings. She was a graduate of Howard High, Class of 1956. Frankie had served as 4H Leader for Centaurs 4H Club for many years. Surviving in addition to her husband are daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly A. and Timothy Manuelides and Stephanie Marie and David Stull; brother, Ronald L. Allen, sisters, Charlotte MacEwen and Deborah Ehrhardt and grandson, Kyle Thompson Stull.
Events	The family received friends on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel (6416 Sykesville Road) Sykesville. A funeral service was held on Saturday at 10am at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 2892 Route 97, Glenwood. Interment followed in Oak Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lions Vision Research Foundation, PO Box 1714, Baltimore, MD 21203.
