Penny, and Matthew J. Penny (Alexis); loving grandfather of Lauren Richey, Sydney Goodman, Jackson Goodman, Cole Penny and Brooke Penny.
Events	A Funeral Service will be celebrated at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (Beltway Exit 26) on Saturday at 10am. Interment will follow at Parkwood Cemetery. Friends may visit the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8pm.
