About	Eugene W. Riley died peacefully at his home in St. Augustine, Fla., on April 18, 2012, at the age of 72. Longtime resident of Laurel, Md., he graduated from Howard High School, served in the Maryland National Guard, and retired from the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. He was born in Flint Hill, Va., to the late Robert A. and Gladys F. Riley of Gaithersburg, Md. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Frances L. Riley; two children, Eugene W. Riley II, Theresa A. McCahill and her husband, Edward; four grandchildren, Ryan, Collin, Jerry and Jennifer; two brothers, Harold A. and Roger L. Riley; and several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his grandson, Eugene W. "Little Gene" Riley III, and his brother, Randolph A. Riley of Damascus, Md. Events	A memorial service was held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at St. Johns Family Funeral Home. A Visitation, beginning at 1:30 p.m. will precede the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Hospice of NE FL, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Burial -- Cremated, Location of ashes is unknown
