About	Mrs. Long was born August 23, 1940 in Baltimore, MD and grew up in Elkridge, MD. She was a homemaker and enjoyed singing in the church choir and doing solos. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her two grandsons and great grandson and great granddaughter. She also enjoyed working crossword puzzles and playing on her IPAD, especially Facebook. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Otis Long, parents John and Mary Merson, brothers Jack, Bill, Bud, Sam and Don Merson and sisters Bette Leishear and Janet Oursler . Survivors include one son, David Long (Debbie) of Selbyville, DE and one daughter, Sandra Love (Jeff) of Severn, MD, grandsons, Phillip Love and Brandon Love (Hayli) of Severn, MD and great grandchildren, Easton and Adalyn. She is also survived by one brother, Thomas Merson and numerous nieces and nephews.
