Nettie Marie Stoner, 72, a 39 year resident of Clarksville, Maryland died on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at her residence.
Born Thursday, June 6, 1940 in Laurel (Scaggsville), Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Reginald Leishear (deceased) and the late Fannie (nee Worley) Leishear (deceased).
She was a graduate of Howard High School (Class of 1958). Early in her married life she worked as a secretary and switchboard operator, but she was predominately a homemaker.
She was the loving wife of Danny Stoner, and beloved mother of Sherri Ashby. Nettie was the sister of Doris Baker, Ray Leishear and Mary Coon. She is survived by her two grandchildren Danny and Jason Ashby and her four great grandchildren; Luke, Elijah, Jesse and Rowan Ashby. Nettie was preceded in death by her daughter Angela and granddaughter Laura.

The family received friends beginning at 10:30 AM on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church, 8402 Brock Bridge Road, Laurel, Maryland 20724 and continued until the Memorial Service began at 11:15 AM.
