| About | KOUBEK GINA KOUBEK On Monday, October 6, 2008 at Virginia Hospital Center following a short illness, from liver disease. Born October 15, 1968, a native of Ellicott City, MD, she moved to DC in 1992. A graduate of Towson University with a B.A. in Business Administration, December 1990 and a member of Alpha Omocron Pi Sorority. She is survived by her husband, James R. Ferguson "Jamey"; her parents, Frank Koubek and Connie Bocktie (stepfather, Mike); sisters, Sue Probst, Kathy Koubek, Jacqueline Lanier and Michele Appler; three nieces and eight nephews. She also leaves her beloved dog, Sasha. |
| Events | Funeral service was held Monday, October 13, 1 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 310 S. Royal St., Alexandria, VA. In lieu of flowers, Gina‘s family requests your consideration in donating to The Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League, Inc.
