Jeff graduated Howard High in Ellicott City in 1988.
Jeff was an employee of MONA Electric for 29 years. He loved the outdoors, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling and the shooting range.

A viewing was held at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Road, Halethorpe, MD 21227 on Monday February 8 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers you may make a donation to the American Heart Association or you may make a donation directly to the family to offset expenses.
