About	Karen A. Blancke, age 64, of Rehoboth Beach, DE, passed away suddenly on Monday. She graduated from Howard High School in Howard County, MD in 1964 where she was a cheerleader and art editor of the Howard Shield yearbook. After attending Strayer Business College, she worked for the Carnation Company for a number of years. She had a passion for reading, cooking, sewing, arts & crafts. She enjoyed golfing, gardening and was soccer, tennis and brownie mom. Karen especially enjoyed shopping for her beloved daughters and grandchildren. Karen was an active member of Rehoboth Beach Country Club and belonged to Kings Creek Country Club.
