About	Kenneth Dewayne Ayers, 51, of Martinsburg, WV, died on Tuesday, at home. Born in Bethesda, MD, he was the son of Charles Boyd Ayers of Cornith, MS, and Gail Heitmuller of Frederick, MD. He was a Christian and attended Living Waters Church in Martinsburg, WV. He attended Howard High School in Maryland. Kenny worked at Francis O'Day Excavation Company in Frederick, MD, as a truck driver. Kenny had a love and passion for the volunteer fire service and dedicated many hours to that cause. He served Bay District VFD beginning at the age of 16. He served various other VFD's until his death, at which time he was a member of Baker Heights VFD in Martinsburg. Kenny liked cowboys, Nascar, and working in his yard.
Events	Brown Funeral Home, Inc. Memorial services will be held on December 12, 2015 from 1 pm to 4 pm at Baker Heights Fire Department, 2229 Charles Town Road, Martinsburg WV 25405. Memorial contributions may be expressed to Baker Heights VFD in Kenny's memory.
