Stephen (born in 1952), 68 of Winchester, VA passed away from complications of open heart surgery, Friday, July 30, 2021 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
Steve was born in 1952 in Baltimore, MD. Steve was a graduate of Howard High School, Class of 1970. He joined BG&E in 1976 and retired as second generation Crew Leader/Lineman, in 2012. Steve loved hunting, fishing and at one time raised pheasants. He also enjoyed collecting antiques, going to yard sales and thrift stores.
