About	He graduated from Howard High School in 1954. He worked at Westinghouse for 36 years. He and his wife Patsy were married in August 1960. They raised their four children and later retired to Delaware. Tom became a member of The Glen Burnie Elks Lodge in 1970. He went on to become Exalted Ruler of Lodge 2266. After his term of Exalted Ruler he was elected to the office of Vice President of the North Central District for the year 1978-1979. After that he was selected as the District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler (DDGER) for the North Central District for the year 1982-1983. He then ran for the office of State President and was elected and served as the State President of the MD-DE-DC Elks Association for the year 1995-1996. After completing his year as State President, he was selected to serve on the Grand Lodge Auditing and Accounting Committee for two consecutive terms from 2001-2007. He took great pleasure in the brotherhood and service while in Elkdom. He participated until his health would no longer allow.
