Paul was a graduate of Howard High School, Class of 1956, was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, and a student at the University of Maryland. He spent his working career as a procurement officer for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, retiring in 1994. Paul loved golfing, wine, a good joke, and listening to the music of Bob Seger, Janis Joplin, and Beth Hart, to name a few. Above all, he loved the time spent with his family and was deeply devoted to his loving wife, Tina.
