Suddenly on Sunday, December 17, 2023, Donald Douglas Stout, 75, Ellicott City resident, died peacefully at his home. Donald was born at home in Wythe County, Virginia, on Sunday, March 23, 1948, to Charles Edward and Shirley Mae (Harman) Stout. Donald graduated from Howard High School in 1966. He was a retired truck driver that drove for Epes and Boise Cascade for several years. Donald loved the Lord and was a regular attendee at CrossPointe Church. He had a love for his family, he was generous and kind, and never passed up Breyers Butter Pecan Ice Cream. He loved playing golf and even worked at Carroll Park for more tee time. Donald’s presence will be greatly missed by so many.
Donald is preceded by his parents, Charles Edward Stout and Shirly Mae (Harman) Stout. He is survived by his children, Kelly Lee Weber (Brian) of Racine, Wisconsin, Steven Douglas Stout (Julie) of Halethorpe, Maryland, Kimberly Lynn Ciorrocco (Michael) of Blue Ridge, Georgia; his brothers, Charles Edward Stout of Ellicott City, Maryland and Robert Wayne Stout (Jill) of Catonsville, Maryland and 12 grandchildren Joshua (Ashlyn), Ashley, Matthew, and Charlotte Weber, Josiah, Jeremiah, Joel, and Ella Stout, Alyssa and Tyler Sachs, Caden and Hadley Ciorrocco.

Family and friends visited on Friday, December 29, 2023, 1pm -2pm, at the Cross Point Church, Arnold, Maryland. Funeral service followed immediately at 2pm.
