Dan's surviving siblings: Mary, Bob, Joe, Tim, Kathy, Karen
Dan was preceded in death by his son Joshua Clausen and brothers Kenny and Gary Clausen.
Dan graduated from Howard High School in Ellicott City, MD and served in the US Navy. He lived and worked in Howard County, MD. During his younger years, he worked as a manager at a full-service gas station. Later, he worked in the school system as a custodian, and eventually as a school bus driver, and school bus attendant. Dan attended church and enjoyed southern rock music.
