About	Timothy Owen McAtee 55, passed away August 19, 2014 at a local hospital. He was born Dec. 31, 1958 at Houlton, the son of Joseph L. and Myra (Dunphy) McAtee. Tim was a graduate of Houlton High School, Class of 1977. He was employed by Yorks of Houlton for 27 years in their reconditioning department. Tim’s passions was the “Scrap Iron Pulling Team”, showing his cars with the North Country Cruisers, being in parades, the Fryeburg Fair and his newest toy was his antique tractor. He was a member of the Maine State and Maritime Pulling Associations, the Meduxnekeag Ramblers and the North Country Cruisers. Tim loved kids and looked forward to the “Cruisin for Kids” toy drive campaign every year. He loved decorating for Christmas and displaying his Christmas Village. Tim is survived by his sister Karla Talpey and her husband Koel of Jackman; two nephews Timothy Talpey and his fiancé Breanna Andrews of Brewer, Koel Talpey and his wife Magen of Pooler, GA; two uncles Charles McAtee and his wife Joan, their sons Jeffrey and Christopher and families, Paul McAtee of Houlton; three special cousins Kristi McAtee and Ethel Mersereau both of Houlton, Karen Woodbury of Littleton; lifelong best friend Bruce Burton; many cousins. He was predeceased by his father Joseph, his brother Joseph, Jr., and his Aunt Anna Schools.
