About	Earle was a life long area farmer and carpenter. He was a past member of Houlton Lodge of Elks and a lifetime member of Elks National Foundation. Earle is survived by his wife, E. Marie (McPherson) Peabody of Orient; his son, David Peabody; his daughter, Cheryl Welton; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Herman Peabody and Ervin Peabody; two sisters, Joyce Mitchell and Pam Peabody; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Harold A. and Virginia (Cathlene) Peabody; his stepmother, Ruth (Crane) Peabody; and his brother, Donald Peabody.
