About	He passed at a Bangor hospital, after fighting a courageous battle with multiple health issues. He graduated from Ricker College and was employed for 20 years with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency, retiring in December 2005, having earned many accommodations. Darrell is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Hannah (Schools); his father and stepmother, Cedric and Violet Glidden; two daughters, Michele Cuddy and Cheryl Gentle; a son, Darrick; eight grandchildren; a sister, Joanne Higgs; a stepsister, Barbara (Wallace)Pratt; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother in 1987.
