About Me	Amazingly, I attained all of my degrees along with my current position here in Minnesota. I met my husband while I was student teaching at Wayzata in 1991, but we didn't start dating until 1997. I taught in the Lakeville public schools from 1992-1998 and started my PhD in the fall of 1998. After I finished my residency at the U of M, I taught for one semester on Prince Edward Island, Canada and for one semester at Gustavus Adolphus College. I am currently Director of Bands at MSU, Mankato, where I conduct the concert ensembles and teach graduate and undergraduate conducting. I will be starting my sixth year this fall. Dave and I have a very unique house on the bluff over the Minnesota River in Le Sueur. It stills needs a great deal of renovation, but that is on hold while Dave starts his business building custom concrete countertops and sinks.
