About Me	Graduated from U of I, lived abroad in England one semester and traveled a lot, had 2 amazing daughters who are now 18 and 21, got divorced, taught yoga/meditation for over 10 yrs and then founded Stop and Breathe- where I work with hospitals, cancer centers, businesses, and anyone going through stress and teach them breathing/visualization skills to relax and feel a sense of peace.
