About	Obituary (As of September 2002) Michael Shawn Henry, age 44, of Homewood, IL died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002 at Massac Memorial Hospital, Metropolis, IL. Preceded in death by his father, Luke F. Henry, Sr. and two brothers, Luke F. Henry, Jr. and John Joseph Henry, he is survived by his mother, Virginia Keys Henry, three brothers: Paul Henry of Metropolis, IL, Chuck Henry of Burke, VA and Mark Henry of Pasadena, CA; two sisters: Becky Eastman of Woodbridge, VA and Patricia Weeks of Dayton, OH; his life-long companion, Gini Schnackenberg of Flossmoor, IL; nine nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Mr. Henry attended St. Joseph Catholic School, Homewood-Flossmoor High School and Prairie State College. He was employed as a technical writer and editor by Allis-Chalmers, Riverside Corp., Witco and BOCA. He was a member of MENSA. Michael was a gifted musician, guitarist, photographer and writer. He had a deep appreciation of nature and loved boating and fishing. Services and internment will be private.
