Kenneth Edward Allery

My father graduated from Holyoke High School in 1943. He entered the Aviation Cadet program in July 1943 and graduated as a bombardier with a commission as Second Lieutenant in August 1944. He flew 40 combat missions over Europe during WWII as a Lead Bombardier for the 310th Bomb Group, 428th Bomb Squadron, and achieved the rank of Brigadier General before retiring in 1976. He passed away on 21 April 2013 at the age of 88.

Our Holyoke High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done!
