Favorite School Memory	One of my favorite things to look back on was the tradition of being a Dutch Dancer all throughout high school. It really created some "hometown" pride that I think about often even though I don't live in Michigan anymore.
About Me	After finishing graduate school, I went and worked at Marquette University for several years. I tried a couple other career opportunities, but nothing was as rewarding or professionally motivating as working on a college campus. I now work as the Director of Student Programs for the YMCA at Virginia Tech where I oversee a variety of service-learning opportunities that take place locally in the Virginia Tech community as well as at the national and international level.
