To all who knew him he went by Ed. He was married to Sharon (Hainsel), and had two daughters, Connie (Sean McLaughlin) and Debbie (Dale Blum), and proud grandfather of Jack, Colleen, Rachel McLaughlin, Megan, Laura, Ian and Madison Blum.
Ed was a U.S. Navy Veteran and is interred at Abraham Lincoln Veteran Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
