About Me	I grew up in Aurora, Colorado but my home is now in Wichita, Ks.I was married to Gary Whelan(Central grad) for 40 years and got a divorce in 2005. I was single until 2012 when I married Lon Floyd who is in semi retirement from KSU Athletic Dept. We live in Wichita because he has a ranch/farm 30 minutes away that he likes to work his cattle and just mess around in his pastures. Being a non ranch person, Wichita was the best option for us. We were very fortunate to be in KC while our grandkids grew up. They are highly competitive so it has been fun to be the spectator and supporter. While in KC I owned a staffing company that kept me working 24/7 but made me completely independent. I made big changes in my life and have had a great time. Life is good!
