| About Me | I am not defined by who I am, but rather, by whose I am. Who am I? A wife who loves her husband, a "mom" who loves her pups, a daughter/sister/aunt who loves her friends and family, and a teacher who loves her students. But . . . I am His. I moved to OH for a job in 1991 and after meeting and marrying an Ohio boy in 2000, I always assumed that I would be stuck here. But as it turns out, 2012 is a year of change and we will be leaving Ohio for Missouri! For the past 6 years I have taught high school math at a small Christian school. I loved it! I worked in business as a middle manager for 20 years and although I always loved the challenge of a new project, my heart was never in it like it is with teaching. It is with great sadness I leave behind the awesome students at Gahanna Christian Academy. However, it is also with great excitement that I transition to teaching in a public school, in a rural community which is where I really feel called to teach. Bourbon, MO is an awesome little community and I'm anticipating that Bourbon High School will be exciting, challenging, and fun. Dave, our 4 pups, and I are all ready for the transition!
