Class of 1980
Army, 26 Years
Cecil served in Our Armed Forces from 1980 to 2006. He Retired as a Warrant Officer. He served in the Panama campaign, Kosovo NATO Force, Iraq and Afghanistan respectfully. His awards and decorations include the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service, and numerous of other awards and citations. He is presently serving as a Federal Officer with the United States Government.
