About Me	After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979 with a Bachelors Degree in Radio-Television, Film, I worked for about 5 years in the cable/satellite TV industry here in the DFW area, mostly in sales. In 1988, I joined the U.S. Army and trained as an armor crewman (M1A1 tanks) at Fort Knox, Kentucky, later to be assisgned to Charlie Company, 2nd Battalion, 10th Cavalry (the Buffalo Soldiers). In 1990, I was reassigned overseas and was stationed in Friedberg, Germany as part of the 2nd Battalion, 67th Armored Regiment (1990-1992). During that time, my unit was deployed to the Persian Gulf for Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield after Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait. I served 6 months in the Persian Gulf, and was awarded 2 Army Achievement Medals and one Army Commendation Medal during my military career. Since leaving the military in 1992, I relocated back to the DFW area with my family, and have worked in nightclub operations & managment for a variety of organizations over the past 17 years.
